Work From Home Travel Coordinator

Position Overview

As a Work From Home Travel Coordinator, you will help clients plan and organize their travel from start to finish. You'll assist with researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.

This fully remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and learning about travel.

No previous experience in the travel industry is required.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences

Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages

Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details

Provide travel recommendations based on client preferences

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate client records and booking information

Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel details

Stay current on travel destinations, supplier offerings, and industry updates

Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the travel planning process

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable using computers, email, and online applications

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or retail experience is a plus but not required
