Entry-Level Travel Advisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Travel Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations from start to finish. This is a remote opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to build valuable experience in the travel industry.

No previous travel industry experience is required. We are looking for individuals who enjoy helping others, are organized, and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacations based on their preferences and budget

Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and vacation packages

Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details

Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain organized client records and travel documentation

Communicate with travel suppliers regarding reservations and travel details

Stay informed about travel trends and destination information

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorized to work in the United States or Mexico

No prior travel industry experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable using computers, email, and online applications

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work independently

Customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative, or sales experience is helpful but not required
