Production Manager
Description:
1. Work under the direct supervision of the Operation Director and report to the Operation Director on a daily basis.
2. Monitor factory OEE (overall equipment effectiveness),track and improve the production yield of automated production systems and avoid producing defective products.
3. Assist in preparing control plans, process flow charts, work instructions, and other Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities on AI servers and automated production systems.
4. Conduct status evaluations, detect production bugs, maintain production operations, and ensure production efficiency.
5. Track factory equipment effectiveness, monitor material flow and cost management to improve production output and efficiency.
6. Assist with efficiency and quality checks, ensuring production speed and product quality is aligned with industry requirements and company standards.
