Pega Architect (CLSA)
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA certification
Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

Pega BIX, connectors & services
Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
Pega admin (installation, configuration)
HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Preferred Skills
Experience with payments, disputes, or lending workflows
Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in banking
Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 58,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 203,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
