Manager, Data Analytics (0020-0008)

Use analytical tools and techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and hidden insights. Develop processes and prepare deliverables that will transmit these insights to internal and external customers. Lead a team by setting goals, delegating tasks, providing guidance, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and hiring.

Position is 100% remote, but is required to report to the office location for ~3 day in-person meeting at least once per year. Travel 1 time a year for ~3 days at HQ office.

Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.; foreign equivalents accepted.

3 years experience (or 5 years experience with Bachelor’s degree) in Business Intelligence, Analyst or Management role.

Special Skills Requirements

Position requires skills with the following: - Use of Business Intelligence tools Looker and Tableau to design dashboards, semantic models, reusable metrics, and scalable reporting solutions across multiple business domains - Use of Business Intelligence methodologies to analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers - Writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, aggregation, validation, and performance optimization in analytical reporting environments - Statistical Modeling/Regression Analysis/Hypothesis Testing and exploratory data analysis, to support business insights and forecasting - Business process optimization and standardization of analytical processes to support repeatable and scalable insights delivery - Python to automate data processing, reporting workflows, and analytical tasks - Ensuring data quality through validation and reconciliation techniques - Experience leading analytical initiatives by defining analytical objectives, prioritizing workstreams, and coordinating deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders - Mentoring and guiding junior analysts through knowledge sharing, best-practice guidance, and analytical review

Travel Requirements
