Job Title: Technical Manager – Pharmaceutical Commercial Data

Location: Remote + Candidates located in NYC / New Jersey / Pennsylvania (Hybrid – Travel to office approximately 2x/month)

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Rate: $Market/Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Technical Manager with hands-on experience supporting commercial data platforms within the specialty pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will manage commercial data operations, troubleshoot production issues, oversee vendor relationships, coordinate small enhancement projects, and support business stakeholders. Strong expertise with Snowflake, Veeva CRM, Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), MDM, and specialty pharmacy/hub data is required. Candidates located in the NYC, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania area are preferred, with the ability to travel to the office approximately twice per month.

This role will report to the Director of Commercial Data Strategy and Operations and be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the management and problem resolution of a commercial data environment inclusive of:

• Commercial Data Warehouse (Snowflake)

• CRM integrations (Veeva)

• 3rd party applications

• Data providers including the Hub and specialty pharmacies

• Tableau Reporting and Analytics Platform

• Manage small enhancement projects and ensure successful deployments

• Oversee weekly vendor meetings to ensure problem tickets are resolved

• React and triage issues that arise either internally or externally with partners

• Provide leadership in requirements definition and customer hierarchies

Key Position Requirements:

• BS in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Technology related field of study

• 3-5 years IT or Commercial Business Analysis/Project Management experience

• Technical understanding of Commercial IT (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM)

• Must be able to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders,

• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated, proactive team player

• Must demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills

• Technical skills to query Snowflake and review data structures
