Flex Driver positions feature:

Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,500 per week

Well-maintained, late-model equipment

Local, regional, and OTR runs available

Multi-account position with variety in routes and freight

Flexible schedule that may vary week to week based on customer needs, seasonal volumes, and operational demands

Accessorial pay available, including tarp pay, stop pay, and backhaul pay

Opportunity to fill in across multiple accounts and operations

Qualifications:

Must have a good MVR

Possess a valid Class A CDL in the state you reside

Maintain a professional appearance

No more than 3 moving violations within last 4 years

No DUI within last 7 years

No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 5 years (none within the last year)

Able to meet the physical requirements to perform the job
