Food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employees
Contribute to production planning and budgeting
Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a safe production environment
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS, MBA preferred
10+ years of food production/plant management experience
USDA/FDA meat or frozen experience
Experience managing large plant operations
Strong organizational and managerial skills
