InUnity Private Limited is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Program Mentor to inspire and guide engineering students through hands-on learning, innovation, and real-world problem-solving. This role is ideal for B.E. and M.Tech graduates who are enthusiastic about mentoring students, building prototypes, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.As an Assistant Program Mentor, you will conduct technical sessions, workshops, and practical learning activities that help students develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges. You will mentor student teams throughout their project lifecycle, guiding them from idea generation to developing working prototypes (TRL 3). You will also encourage participation in hackathons, technical competitions, innovation expos, and support students in preparing grant and funding applications for promising projects.The role requires hands-on knowledge of rapid prototyping tools such as 3D printers, laser cutters, and 3D CAD software, along with familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and basic electronics.
