Job Title: Oracle Financial Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (USA)

Duration: 1 Year

Visa: USC, GC, EAD(GC, h4, L2) H1B

Tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Functional Consultant to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Financials, including business process analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and deliver scalable Oracle ERP solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Financials implementations and enhancements.

Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

E-Business Tax (EBTax)

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical development.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle solutions.

Work closely with technical teams to develop customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and integrations.

Create and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend process improvements.

Develop end-user documentation and conduct user training sessions.

Support data migration, system upgrades, and patch implementations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.

Strong experience with Oracle Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and EBTax.

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and ERP best practices.

Experience preparing functional design documents and business requirement documentation.

Knowledge of integrations with other Oracle modules and third-party applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations or upgrades.

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes.

Oracle certifications are a plus.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
