Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook preferred.
Ability to prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi with speed and consistency.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
