We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team in Naples, Florida. We are actively hiring for multiple specialties, including:

Emergency Room (ER)

Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)

Operating Room (OR)

Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Responsibilities

Depending on your specialty, responsibilities may include:

Emergency Room (ER)

Triage and assess patients with acute illnesses and injuries.

Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to stabilize patients.

Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab)

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.

Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.

Ensure patient safety and accurate documentation.

Operating Room (OR)

Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment.

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures.

Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care.

Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labor and childbirth.

Monitor maternal and fetal well-being.

Provide postpartum and newborn care while educating families.

Qualifications

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact RN License.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred).

Current BLS certification.

Additional certifications based on specialty:

ACLS (ER, Cath Lab, OR as applicable)

PALS (ER as applicable)

NRP (Labor & Delivery)

Previous acute care or specialty nursing experience preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
