HIRING: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Location: Woodbridge, Ontario (Weston & Highway 7)

Pay Rate: $18–$19/hour

Shift: Full-Time Monday to Friday 5:00PM – 10:00 PM

We are currently looking for experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines or sew by hand

• Sew and assemble sleeves, pockets, collars and other garment pieces

• Follow sewing patterns, guides, and specifications to maintain quality standards

• Adjust machine settings, including tension devices, to ensure proper stitch quality

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

Materials Worked With:

• Leather

• Heavy fabrics

• AC covers

• Outerwear garments

Equipment & Machinery Experience Required:

• Single-needle sewing machine (Single stitch)

• Double-needle sewing machine

• Industrial sewing machine

Experience Required:

• Commercial sewing experience

• Piecework/production sewing experience

Requirements:

Must have previous industrial sewing experience

Ability to work efficiently with strong attention to detail

Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Tagalog language skills are considered an asset!
