Now Hiring: Project Manager Boston, MA (Onsite)

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organization supporting the pharmaceutical industry in Boston, MA. This is a 100% onsite position (5 days/week) offering the opportunity to lead high-impact environmental testing projects while building strong client partnerships.

Compensation:

$55/hour on W2

$60/hour on C2C

Key Responsibilities:

️ Manage environmental testing projects from initiation through completion.

️ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

️ Lead client onboarding, project planning, and timeline management.

️ Coordinate sample tracking and collaborate with laboratory teams to deliver quality results on time.

️ Proactively identify and resolve project issues while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

️ Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities for business growth.

️ Oversee projects with revenue responsibility of up to $2M.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong project management experience.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Experience in pharmaceuticals, laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
