LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking to find an experienced LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for our Short and Long-Term Care units.

$33.68 to $47.48 per hour based on experience. Plus additional for shift differential!

Full, Part-Time and Perdiem: Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.

Valuable $150 Weekend Shift Pickup bonus!

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.

Long-Term Care experience preferred.

BLS certification.

Flexibility with work assignment.

PCC experience a bonus!

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.

Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.

Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.

Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.

Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.

Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
