Thai Cook. Must has at least 24 months experience preparing Thai soups,
appetizers, and entrees according to Thai recipes and specific Thai cooking methods demonstrated
with employment as any type of Thai commis de cuisine,
Thai cook, Thai demi chef, Thai Head Cook or Thai chef is required. Mon-Fri; 40 hours/week
• Must be able to handle the Wok and be able to prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service
• This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes
and be well-versed in Thai cuisine tastes, products, and cooking techniques.
• Must be able to modify and tailor recipes based on the availability of ingredients and clientele tastes.
• The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.
