A family in New Jersey is seeking a native Spanish-speaking nanny for their 5-year-old boy. The role is not just about language — the ideal candidate must be a warm, empathetic educator who can guide the child through daily life, teach social and emotional skills, and provide developmental support in Spanish. A US passport is required.

Requirements :

• Relevant work experience

• Spanish proficiency: Native

• US passport holder (mandatory)

• Strong background in early childhood education or caregiving

• Empathetic, patient, proactive, and nurturing

• Experience working with preschool-aged children

• Ability to teach through everyday interactions, not just formal lessons

• Clean record and excellent references

Duties :

• Full childcare for a 5-year-old boy (meals, hygiene, play, routines)

• Engaging developmental activities in Spanish

• Teaching life skills, manners, emotional regulation, and curiosity about the world

• Creating a warm, respectful, and structured environment

• Accompanying the family on occasional trips

Compensation: The pay is high and negotiable.

Schedule: Regular work, Rota, Rota schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off.

Accommodation :

Shared room with the child during duty days. Separate accommodation provided on weekends.
