Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of
interior design projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with
contractors, vendors, clients, and the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to
approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, carpenters,
electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
Ensure proper material management, including receiving, checking, and tracking site
inventory.
Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs and submit them to the Project
Manager.
Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the design team for technical clarifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
Verify measurements before execution and ensure accuracy during installation.
Coordinate client site visits and communicate project updates professionally.
Inspect completed work before handover and prepare snag lists for final rectification.
Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a
related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
Experience in residential, commercial, or office interior projects is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of interior finishing and execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and detailed working drawings.
Good understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting,
flooring, and modular furniture installation.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic project reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites when required.
Preferred Requirements
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel across project sites.
Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and billing verification.
Familiarity with project management and quality control procedures.
