This role involves supporting all aspects of IT in a multiple site environment. It involves planning, deployment and support of hardware and software solutions.
Responding to user support issues both from the office and on-site
Install, configure, and maintain desktop, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices
Perform help desk duties to include troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up and manage user accounts, email, permissions, and access
Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points
Provide technical support to end users in person, via phone, and remotely
Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees from a technology standpoint
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT support
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking
Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems and iOS and Android tablets
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and WiFi networking fundamentals
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple users efficiently
Ability to work independently
Thorough knowledge of Windows 7/10, server 2010/13/16
Microsoft Exchange
Active directory
Cisco switches and routers
Reynolds and Reynolds DMS
Physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
Physically able to kneel, crawl, bend and move office furniture
