We are seeking a reliable Data Entry / Gate Clerk to record all incoming truck activity at our facility. This role is responsible for accurately logging truck arrivals and supporting site security and operations.

Responsibilities

Enter incoming truck information into a log system

Record arrival time, driver name, company, and truck details

Review basic delivery or pickup paperwork

Communicate arrivals to appropriate staff

Maintain accurate and organized log records

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer and data entry skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and professionally
