Your Impact as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
As the heart and soul of our care team, the CNA Certified Nursing Assistant is absolutely crucial to resident well-being and daily comfort. In this vital role, your responsibilities include:
Dignified Direct Care: Provide respectful, high-quality assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, personal grooming, dressing, and nutritional feeding assistance.
Mobility & Comfort Support: Skillfully and safely assist residents with transfers, turning/positioning, mechanical lifts, and active ambulation to promote independence and physical health.
Vigilant Safety & Observation: Act as a primary advocate by carefully monitoring resident conditions and immediately reporting physical, emotional, or mental changes to the charge nurse.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and therapeutic environment for residents while completing precise electronic care reports and tracking daily vitals.
Collaborative Teamwork: Partner seamlessly under nursing leadership and alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care plans are carried out perfectly.
Qualifications
To join our team as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, you should possess:
License: Must hold an active, unencumbered Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency for charting, and a compassionate, reliable work ethic.
Experience: Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred, but not required—we welcome and thoroughly train dedicated individuals!
