In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to tenants, property owners, and prospective residents while assisting with the daily administrative functions of our property management office.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, resolving routine issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and leasing services. You will coordinate maintenance requests by working closely with vendors and contractors, maintain organized and up-to-date records, process administrative documentation, and communicate effectively with both customers and internal team members to ensure a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office and email applications, is required. Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or property management is beneficial but not necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
