We are currently expanding our operations in Charlotte, North Carolina, and are looking for dependable Courier Drivers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, working independently, and maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Courier Driver, you will:

Deliver packages safely and efficiently throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.

Pick up shipments from distribution centers and designated locations.

Load, organize, and secure packages before each route.

Navigate delivery routes using GPS and company mobile applications.

Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.

Obtain customer signatures when required.

Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route progress.

Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.

Complete basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

Report any delivery or vehicle issues promptly.

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid U.S. driver's license.

A clean driving history.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic smartphone and GPS navigation experience.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Previous experience in delivery, transportation, or customer service is helpful but not required.
