What You'll Do

As a Courier Driver, your daily responsibilities will include:

Safely picking up and delivering packages throughout the San Jose area.

Organizing and handling shipments with care.

Following efficient delivery routes using GPS and mobile delivery applications.

Confirming deliveries and collecting customer signatures when necessary.

Maintaining communication with the dispatch team during your shift.

Providing friendly, professional customer service.

Complying with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Performing routine vehicle safety inspections.

Reporting delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns promptly.

Keeping accurate delivery records using company-provided mobile tools.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should have:

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid U.S. driver's license.

A clean driving record.

Authorization to work in the United States.

The ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Experience using smartphones, GPS navigation, and mobile apps.

The ability to work independently and stay organized.

Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
