We are currently hiring motivated and dependable Courier Drivers to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, working independently, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

As a Courier Driver, you will:

Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time throughout the Austin area.

Load and unload packages with care.

Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation.

Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required.

Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery progress.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.

Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

Report any delivery delays or issues promptly.

Maintain accurate delivery records using a smartphone or delivery app.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Clean driving record.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable using GPS navigation and mobile applications.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous delivery, courier, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
