Will be involved in the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a global creator monetization platform that enables content creators to earn performance-based commissions through unique creator codes while providing measurable ROI for marketing investments, managing the complete product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization across multiple major gaming titles within the company's portfolio; will be involved in the design and implementation of a comprehensive multi-tier creator program architecture, including micro-influencer and established creator tiers with differentiated benefits and progression systems, while managing complex international payment infrastructure through third-party providers including Hyperwallet to ensure regulatory compliance across North America, Europe, Asia, and Middle East markets with specialized solutions for markets with unique payment regulations. The role requires coordination with product, engineering, and operations leadership while aligning broader teams across 10+ departments including design, legal, compliance, localization, and marketing, establishing scalable workflows and communication frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma to ensure seamless platform operations and feature delivery; drive platform growth and operational efficiency by analyzing funnel metrics, user behavior data, and ROI performance to identify market opportunities and introduce new creator tiers to expand platform participation, while implementing automation solutions including AI-powered support systems to streamline creator onboarding and reduce operational overhead.
Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Science or related degree plus one year of work experience required.
