Carpenters

-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.

-Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, steel studs, and other building materials.

-Construct, install, and repair structural frameworks, walls, floors, roofs, and staircases.

-Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry components.

-Build and install concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs.

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.

-Ensure all work meets project specifications, applicable building codes, and quality standards.

-Perform layout work and verify measurements to ensure accuracy and proper alignment.

-Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

-Follow all workplace health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.

-Identify and report material shortages, defects, or safety concerns to the site supervisor.

-Assist with loading, unloading, and handling construction materials as required.
