The pay base: 11.98/hr plus commission
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential clients.
Engage with prospects through in-person canvassing, presenting product benefits with confidence and clarity.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and business development initiatives.
Maintain high levels of professionalism during all client interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
Close deals by effectively negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and familiarity with sales automation technologies.
Demonstrated success in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and client communication strategies.
Ability to adapt quickly to new sales technology adoption and leverage sales automation tools for efficiency.
Prior experience in customer service or business development is a plus, along with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building.
