Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming office environment
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
