Job description*:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity XOM Developer with 5+years strong experience in Order Management and Orchestration (XOM) within telecom BSS environments.

The role focuses on implementing end-to-end order lifecycle flows, including order capture, orchestration, provisioning, and fulfillment using Salesforce Industries.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure Vlocity Order Management (XOM) solutions - Order decomposition, Orchestration plan definition, Task dependencies and sequencing

• Build and manage Orchestration Plans & Items, Decomposition relationships, Order lifecycle states

• Implement Order enrichment, Fulfillment & provisioning, Billing & assetization

• Integrate with downstream systems - Network / provisioning systems, Billing systems

• Troubleshoot order fallout / stuck orders and perform RCA and Fix dependency and integration issues

#Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Order Orchestration (XOM / COM)

• Orchestration Plans, Items, Dependencies

• Order decomposition & fulfillment flows

• Apex, Integration

#Certifications (Preferred):

o OmniStudio Developer

o Platform Developer I (Mandatory)

o Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer
