About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
Perform clinical procedures, including wound care and specimen collection.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or an approved nursing qualification.
Current registration with the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
1+ year of recent clinical nursing experience.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Flexibility to work day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
