About Us

We are a fast-growing international iGaming product operating across LATAM, Asia, Africa, and Tier-1 markets. As a direct advertiser, we are expanding our presence in Myanmar and are looking for an ambitious Affiliate Manager to grow our partner network and drive quality traffic.

What You'll Do

Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliates, media buyers, webmasters, and traffic partners in Myanmar.

Search for and onboard new affiliate partners using LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, industry communities, conferences, and personal networking.

Negotiate commercial terms, CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.

Analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and partner profitability.

Work closely with Product, CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Marketing teams to improve partner performance.

Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new traffic opportunities.

Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

Experience as an Affiliate Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager within iGaming, Betting, Casino, FinTech, or Digital Marketing.

Strong network of affiliates or publishers in Myanmar is a significant advantage.

Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTD, ROI, EPC, CR, and affiliate marketing metrics.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets.

Burmese (Myanmar) – native or fluent.

English – Intermediate (B1+) or higher.

Nice to Have

Existing relationships with local affiliates, influencers, streamers, or media buyers.

Experience with Affise, HasOffers, Affilka, or similar affiliate platforms.

Knowledge of local payment methods and the Myanmar iGaming market.
