Job description*:

· 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years

· ServiceNow administrative experience

· Proven expertise in:

o Technology Portfolio Management (TPM)

o Technology Reference Model (TRM)

o Technology lifecycle governance

o Workspace Configuration

· Strong understanding of how application services are composed of software and hardware components

· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as:

o Enterprise Architecture / APM

o CMDB and CSDM

o ITOM / Discovery (preferred)

· Experience managing lifecycle timelines for:

o Software products

o Hardware models

o Infrastructure technologies

Strong knowledge of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, cloud ecosystems
