The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the physical plant, grounds, and systems of the Perkiomen School to ensure a safe, clean, and optimal learning environment.
This encompasses the 24-hour operational readiness of campus facilities, including dormitories, academic/classroom buildings, dining facilities, performing arts spaces, athletic fields, and administrative offices.
The successful candidate will oversee daily tasks, preventive maintenance, vendor management, compliance with safety regulations, reliability of systems, and efficiency of operations.
