CDL Class A Driver Local Routes

We're hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join a well-established, family-owned company delivering refrigerated products throughout the Northeast. If you're safety-minded, dependable, and enjoy consistent local routes, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

Early morning start (typically around 3:00 AM)

10–12 hour shifts

Home every day

Full-time, year-round opportunity with consistent hours

What You'll Do

Deliver refrigerated products to customers across the Northeast

Complete scheduled deliveries into New York City

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Safely load, unload, and secure freight

Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and DOT documentation accurately

Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delivery updates, and scheduling

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

Valid CDL Class A license

At least 4 years of tractor-trailer driving experience

Reefer experience is a plus

Clean driving record

Comfortable driving and maneuvering in NYC and other urban areas

Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Familiarity with GPS and electronic routing systems

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

Ability to sit for extended periods while driving

Ability to perform vehicle inspections, including climbing, kneeling, and crouching

Lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 80 lbs. with assistance
