Paint Production Operator

Job Description Paint Production Operator$19ph1st shift - M-TH, 5am - 3pm 2nd shift - M-TH, 2pm - 12am Overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays Located in Manitowoc, WI We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join a busy production team specializing in high-performance industrial coatings.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

No two days are exactly the same—you'll receive training in multiple production areas and have the opportunity to learn a variety of manufacturing processes.What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you'll rotate through different workstations and assist with a variety of manufacturing tasks, including:Prepare customer products for processing by unpacking, labeling, and organizing materials.Perform surface preparation and assist with coating application processes.Dip products into treatment and coating tanks using established procedures.Apply coatings using spray equipment when assigned.Operate overhead cranes and hoists to safely move materials throughout production.Straighten metal fins and complete other finishing work to meet quality standards.Inspect coated products for appearance and quality before moving to the next stage.Transfer materials and finished products between workstations, ovens, and storage areas.Assist with housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.

#Manitowoc1Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.Experience with industrial painting, coatings, spray equipment, or chemicals is a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment, including a respirator.Ability to safely operate around industrial equipment and overhead lifting devices after training.
