What You'll Do
Develop, maintain, and enhance Level 2 automation systems supporting a high-volume manufacturing operation
Design and implement software solutions using languages such as C#, C++, and FORTRAN
Maintain and optimize SQL databases containing critical production and process data
Analyze production performance and troubleshoot automation issues to improve system reliability and efficiency
Support Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications and other digital manufacturing tools
Conduct root cause analysis and incident investigations using specialized diagnostic tools
Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Use statistical analysis and process data to optimize manufacturing performance What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
Strong programming skills
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn complex industrial processes and work independently while collaborating across teams Preferred Experience
Industrial process automation or Level 2 automation (Purdue Model)
.NET Framework, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
Oracle SQL or other SQL database platforms
HMI platforms such as WinCC
