We're recruiting for 3 key roles, open to candidates across the US and Europe (fully remote):

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Shape the technology vision from the ground up — build and lead the engineering organization and design a scalable platform architecture.

US: $300,000 – $450,000 Base + Executive Bonus + Equity/Token Package

Europe: €180,000 – €280,000 + Executive Bonus + Equity

Technical Project Manager

Bridge engineering execution and executive strategy — lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch.

US: $170,000 – $220,000 Base + Annual Bonus + Equity/Token Package

Europe: €110,000 – €160,000 + Bonus + Equity

Senior Scrum Master

Enable predictable, high-performing Agile delivery — coach teams and drive continuous improvement.

US: $145,000 – $185,000 Base + Bonus + Equity

Europe: €95,000 – €135,000 + Bonus + Equity

Fully Remote (US & Europe)
