We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Property Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries, assist with tenant and property owner requests, coordinate maintenance and service appointments, maintain accurate records, communicate with vendors, and provide information about available properties and leasing services. You will also assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

Successful candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email. Previous experience in customer service or property management is an advantage but is not required.
