Experience & Requirements

•1+ Years in Content Creation: Proven track record creating engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or LinkedIn) with sharp editing and screen-recording skills.

•On-Camera Charisma: Natural, engaging speaking skills in front of the camera with the ability to explain software frameworks effortlessly.

Pre-Interview Task

Produce a 20–30 second video teaching users a rapid modern sales workflow:

1.Lead Sourcing: Show how to pull targeted leads from Apollo (apollo.io).

2.The Scale: Show how to plug those leads into PromptLab (trypromptlab.com) to automate outreach calls.

3.The Close: Show how to collect the cash instantly via Venmo (venmo.com) after persuading them to buy.

Evaluation Metrics: We need to see you speaking confidently on-camera, combined with clean platform interface screen-recordings to show you know how to market software products.
