Quality Engineer

Compensation: $95,000–$110,000+ base, 10% bonus

This 1st shift position is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working on the manufacturing floor and serving as the face of the company with assigned customers. The role provides indirect leadership to Quality Technicians and is responsible for resolving quality issues and ensuring compliance with customer and industry quality standards. The facility is a three-shift, five-day operation. 450 employees in the plant.
