Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Mover/Packer team members to join our dynamic moving and logistics crew. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, responsible for efficiently packing, loading, unloading, and transporting items with care and precision. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure smooth relocations and satisfied customers. Duties

Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, including wrapping, boxing, and labeling

Assist with route driving using box trucks or similar vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries or pickups

Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards

Help coordinate moving schedules by communicating effectively with team members and clients

Operate manual transmission vehicles such as box trucks or courier vans with skill and adherence to traffic laws

Use warehouse tools like forklifts or pallet jacks to move heavy or bulky items when required

Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience or background in moving services is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Experience in customer service to ensure positive interactions with clients during pickups or deliveries

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or courier routes is a plus

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks

Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and transportation safety regulations

Knowledge of forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role
