Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations

Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules for maximum productivity

Assist customers with their orders, answer questions, and provide outstanding service to foster positive relationships

Conduct heavy lifting and merchandising tasks to ensure products are properly loaded, unloaded, and displayed

Apply pricing knowledge and upselling techniques to promote additional products or services during deliveries

Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation of all transactions and route activities

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

Proven experience in Box truck driving or delivery roles with a clean driving record

Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions

Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus, demonstrating persuasive skills in customer interactions

Familiarity with route driving software or GPS navigation tools for efficient navigation

Clean background required
