We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records in internal systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, follow document/workflow procedures, and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with high accuracy.
Verify information against source documents and resolve discrepancies.
Scan/index, organize, and file records (digital and/or physical, if required by process).
Maintain data integrity by following standard naming, formatting, and data entry rules.
Produce routine reports and updates as assigned (e.g., daily logs, trackers).
Support document preparation and data cleanup/standardization tasks.
Communicate data issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
Follow security and access procedures for controlled or sensitive business information.
Meet assigned turnaround times and quality/production goals.
