Customer Service Representative

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our B2B Collections Account. Key Responsibilities:

- Contact business clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.

- Handle collections activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Resolve billing concerns and payment inquiries professionally.

- Monitor accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.

- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualification:

- At least 2nd Year College Completed

- Minimum of 1 year Collections experience

- Experience in Collections under Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Willing to work onsite in Alabang

- Willing to work on a Night Shift
