Greenwave Logistics LLC is seeking a customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to provide prompt, professional assistance to customers through live chat. In this role, you will answer questions, resolve issues, provide shipment and service information, and ensure a positive customer experience while supporting the company's logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with shipment tracking, service information, account inquiries, and general support.

Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Accurately document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication.

Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to management.

Meet established response time, quality, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or call center environments is preferred.

Excellent written communication and grammar skills.

Strong typing and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web-based applications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
