Account Programmer - Call Scripting

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Account Programmer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining client accounts across multiple communication, contact center, reporting, and automation platforms. You will work closely with Operations, Client Services, Technology, and Project teams to ensure client accounts are accurately configured, thoroughly documented, and optimized for operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating clear, scalable solutions that support both clients and frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new client accounts across systems, portals, integrations, AI platforms, reporting tools, and ancillary applications using approved standards and procedures.

• Participate in client onboarding and solution design discussions to understand operational requirements, talk tracks, and technical needs.

• Responsible to enter OnCalls as per client requests.

• Implement account updates, call handling enhancements, and configuration changes for existing clients.

• Create, maintain, and improve account documentation, logical workflows, call handling instructions, script matrices, and operational procedures.

• Provide after-hours support for critical account programming or configuration issues impacting business operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, college diploma, or equivalent experience. Technical education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of English.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into logical call routing and technical solutions.

• Experience working with databases, reporting tools, and data analysis.

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

• Location requirement: Must reside in Belize.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and stable backup power solutions for remote and after-hours support requirements.
