Client in the utilities industry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project coordination, budgeting, vendor setup, invoice tracking, and documentation for infrastructure projects. Salary is $65-$80k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Project Coordinator will process purchase requisitions, establish vendors, and review invoices while tracking project budgets
The Project Coordinator will compile contracts, RFPs, project documentation, reports, and presentations while supporting project administration
Assist with budget reporting, bid evaluations, work scopes, and coordination across multiple departments
Maintain accurate project records and support additional project coordination activities as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Associate's or Bachelor's OR equivalent professional experience
Strong Excel skills with experience using business systems and managing multiple priorities
Experience with budgeting, purchase requisitions, invoicing, or project documentation required
Experience with Oracle, project management software, or utility/construction environments is a plus, not a must
Salary is $65-$80k, DOE
Full-Time
