Location: Sheboygan, WI area (Tri-state regional travel as requested)
Position Type: Full-Time / On-site with On-Call Emergency Rotation
Compensation: $71,000 - $80,000 / year (Based on experience tier)

Key Responsibilities
Finish & Rough Carpentry: Perform trim work, door hanging, base installation/mitering, casing, and rough framing.
Drywall & Paint: Install drywall, tape, mud, sand, and feather patches seamlessly into existing walls. Handle texturing and roll-on/spray painting.
Property Restoration: Execute structural repairs on residential and commercial sites affected by fire, water, or wind damage.
Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency property board-ups.
Client Interaction: Show empathy and professionalism when working with property owners dealing with property loss.
Job Requirements (Filters)
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, drywall installation/finishing, and painting.
Legal & Background: Clean driving record and no felonies.
Credentials: Must hold (or be eligible to promptly obtain) a WI Dwelling Contractor certification.
Physical & Environment: Ability to move freely over uneven, debris-ridden jobsites and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Logistics: Must live within a reasonable commute to the Sheboygan area (No relocation or visa sponsorship available).

You only have demolition, cleaning, or mitigation experience without actual finish carpentry and drywall reconstruction skills.
Nice to Have (Pluses for Higher Tiers)
Prior property damage restoration industry experience.
Active IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, OCT).
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Safety Certifications.
Crew leadership or training experience (qualifies for Tier 3/Lead roles).
Experience using field software like Encircle or PSA Web.
