This is a remote position that is being funded to support the implementation of a Professional Coding tools and its integration into Epic. This role will also augment overall capacity of the Epic shared services team at Optum. This team supports 5 Epic Health System clients. The primary need is for EpicCare Ambulatory but experience/certifications with Cadence, HIM, Billing, or MyChart would be extremely valuable.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years relevant work experience in business analysis or related role within the healthcare industry

Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and/or external vendors

Direct experience working with Epic in a technical build role

EpicCare Ambulatory Certification

Experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with healthcare SaaS software

Cadence, PB, HIM, MyChart certification

Experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs

General understanding of care team workflows
